Laura Hubka has rekindled her love affair with blocked straw. Carla Faso has dreamt up sculpted wonders as well as fedoras for the season. Laura Whitlock’s collection in linen and silk is at once tailored and romantic. And Loreta Corsetti describes her pieces for spring as simply, “Irresistible.”
Stop by just to browse the collections, or enjoy tea service, which includes a petite soufflé, scones, finger sandwiches and delightful desserts served with your choice

PS the foil on blocks serves everal purposes. Protects the wood of the block from water which can cause permanent damage and dye leaks from felts which can be transfered to other hats. Just the wod can stain a light colored straw. Foil or plastic wrap also makes hat bodies easier to remove from blocks. Bits of cord or other items can be added uder the foil to change the shape. When two blocks maybe don't all the watch match, the foil can bridge the gap.
